Would give it zero stars. Doesn’t give you want you actually want and not even an email cancels the subscription

This subscription is an absolute joke…I have literally emailed 4 times to have the subscription ended, which is what they note to doing the terms and conditions . It may not be a significant amount of money to some but if I have to choose an astrology app or a gallon of milk I think the choice is obvious.
Even though I wanted to cancel I had planned to resubscribe at a later date when money was less tight BUT the process of trying to simply end this subscription has been so terrible that I would never use it or any other “Moyra” app again and most certainly wouldn’t recommend it to others.
I am at a loss to what is going on with this app/company that they won’t do as they outlined in the terms and conditions and cancel my subscription. Until this particular moment, I have been very kind and patient in my requests. Leaving a bad review is not my jam… but here we are.
Moyra…for the love of the cosmos and my Scorpio sanity/composure…. CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION..

SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE
I paid 50p to get a reading and even after cancelling the subscription, deleting my account and trying to stop the payments through my bank I am still getting charged £9 a month. Do not buy
SCAMMERS! The most fraudulent app - stay away or they will not let you cancel
Good luck trying to cancel this. I’ve been asking for months. I deleted the app off my phone in May. They will not stop charging my Apple Pay. I’ve now had to escalate to the fraud department. They don’t respond to emails. They don’t respond to phone calls (which are in England) the company is not associated with the actual name of this app. Zotlo.com. They name it not easy to cancel because it’s not through the app or AppStore- stay away from this company! Such a waste of time they are evil people
