HORRIBLE APP WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY
I had signed up for a trial with this app over a year ago. That trial only costed a little over a dollar. When I tried canceling, they WOULDN’T ACCEPT IT and nobody reached back to me. So for an entire year I get charged $12.99 a month for an app I don’t want or use!! I am going to start a dispute to get my money back. Do not get this horrible app.

Potential Phishing. Is this a real app?
I attempted to give this out my information three separate times. None of Witch actually let me into the app to be able to use. I don’t know if this is a real app or if they’re just fishing for my Information. It feels like the ladder because I have been unable to use the app. It has broken links three separate tries to log in. First was an advertisement on YouTube, second was using my email and the third was trying to use my Apple account to sign in. I feel scammed.

This app is almost impossible to cancel and they charge you monthly.

Literally the hardest subscription I have ever had to cancel. I do not remember purchasing nor installing this app. I literally had to reinstall it in an effort to cancel it which was in vain. It then said I did not even have an account. Apparently been paying for this app since February, used it once. $12.99 a month.

once u pay it won’t let u cancel subscription you have to use a total different website to cancel it took money for 6 months of me and sent me nothing because I couldn’t cancel don’t even bother emailing them because they don’t reply
Zero Customer Service
Do not download and pay for this app. There is no customer service or anyone you can contact. I have sent 5 different emails and none of been answered. I want to cancel my subscription as I no longer use the app and there is no option to do so so month after month I am being charge for a service I do not use. If someone from the app reads this please contact me as I would really appreciate a response back.

Intentionally make it hard to cancel
I accidentally made 2 accounts with separate emails and immediately let them know but they still charged me for both, even though I deleted one of said account. I reached out to cancel, they ghosted me and I haven’t received a single email back. I didn’t even ask for that money back, just that they stop trying to charge me for a service I do not use. I looked everywhere on the app to manually cancel and there’s no directions and they’re intentionally hard to find. There’s a reason they make the subscription exclusively through Moyra, and not through Apple or any other secure third party. I highly recommend not getting this service if you like not having to replace your debit card
