Hidden purchases, impossible to cancel, nobody replies to your request or email, and there is no phone number to contact them. Don’t fall for the trial! Worst mistake to make!!

I do not like this app. I do not recommend it to anyone who does not want to get charged randomly make you go through loops and hoops to remove payment and cancel subscription.

So it’s ok but unfortunately my mom gave me the wrong time of birth so my whole chart is off by 5 min
Unable to cancel subscription
I downloaded this app almost a year ago and have since tried multiple times to cancel my subscription, including sending multiple emails and complaints with no reply. I have tried everything, and even cancelled the ‘email subscription’ only to still he sent daily astrological emails. Very unhappy! Massive scam!

This app is a scam. was advertised as free but couldn’t get results w/o a trial, looked on the website and the app there is nowhere to cancel my subscription. they just want your money and they don’t want you to be able to cancel so they can keep taking your money. be forewarned
HORRIBLE
Don’t EVER subscribe. You’ll never be able to cancel the subscription. The subscription is not with the other subscriptions in Apple. You can email, you can chat, no one answers they just continue to steal from you even after you’ve made it clear you don’t want their services anymore. Customer Service doesn’t exist within this company.

HORRIBLE APP WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY
I had signed up for a trial with this app over a year ago. That trial only costed a little over a dollar. When I tried canceling, they WOULDN’T ACCEPT IT and nobody reached back to me. So for an entire year I get charged $12.99 a month for an app I don’t want or use!! I am going to start a dispute to get my money back. Do not get this horrible app.
