I’ve submitted my cancellation twice and I’m still getting emails
FRAUDULENT APP
At first, this app was cute and provided some generic bs about horoscopes. I did this just for fun, and then planned on opting out from services at this was not a necessary purchase to make monthly. AFTER A YEAR, no response back from their office, their support team. Multiple emails requesting to be opted from services to trying to cancel through the app, I am still being charged. This app is fraudulent and needs to be removed from all app stores.

This subscription is an absolute joke…I have literally emailed 4 times to have the subscription ended, which is what they note to doing the terms and conditions . It may not be a significant amount of money to some but if I have to choose an astrology app or a gallon of milk I think the choice is obvious.
Even though I wanted to cancel I had planned to resubscribe at a later date when money was less tight BUT the process of trying to simply end this subscription has been so terrible that I would never use it or any other “Moyra” app again and most certainly wouldn’t recommend it to others.
I am at a loss to what is going on with this app/company that they won’t do as they outlined in the terms and conditions and cancel my subscription. Until this particular moment, I have been very kind and patient in my requests. Leaving a bad review is not my jam… but here we are.

SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE
I paid 50p to get a reading and even after cancelling the subscription, deleting my account and trying to stop the payments through my bank I am still getting charged £9 a month. Do not buy

Good luck trying to cancel this. I’ve been asking for months. I deleted the app off my phone in May. They will not stop charging my Apple Pay. I’ve now had to escalate to the fraud department. They don’t respond to emails. They don’t respond to phone calls (which are in England) the company is not associated with the actual name of this app. Zotlo.com. They name it not easy to cancel because it’s not through the app or AppStore- stay away from this company! Such a waste of time they are evil people

Hidden purchases, impossible to cancel, nobody replies to your request or email, and there is no phone number to contact them. Don’t fall for the trial! Worst mistake to make!!

I do not like this app. I do not recommend it to anyone who does not want to get charged randomly make you go through loops and hoops to remove payment and cancel subscription.

Unable to cancel subscription
I downloaded this app almost a year ago and have since tried multiple times to cancel my subscription, including sending multiple emails and complaints with no reply. I have tried everything, and even cancelled the ‘email subscription’ only to still he sent daily astrological emails. Very unhappy! Massive scam!
