Bad customer service
I signed up for a trial for a week and it asked me if I wanted a reminder before it billed me so I said yes, and it said it would tell me three days ahead of time, but it never did. The day that it billed me $70 I asked for a refund and it was declined. I never even got to use the app and I’ve already removed it. I checked every email spam folder all of it. They never reminded me They’re just stealing money.

Massive breach of trust
I was chatting to one of the spiritual agents. And gave them quite a lot of personal details about my life.
When I logged back on today, I was connected to a different spiritual agent. Shockingly they picked up where I last left off with the previous agent. And seemed to know the details of my previous chat.
This is a massive breach of spiritual trust!
Also have felt the agents are AI. Think the AI agent needs privacy updates.
And introduce actual human interactions. Very disappointed

I have several astrology apps, this one is easily my favorite one I’ve gotten in a long time. It’s very informative without overwhelming you if you’re not an expert. I’m learning more all the time

Could not cancel app purchase after free trial
Beware although the app is good I could not cancel after the free trial
Can’t put my city I was born in.
This app cannot find Van Nuys CA USA so I cannot accurately type in my birth chart. So I am unable to use this app. You guys should fix it. I’ve downloaded this app so many times and always forget why I don’t have it. Then I get to the part for where you were born. And I can’t go any further. It’s extremely annoying and you guys should update the map code. Cuz putting LA isn’t an accurate location for my birth chart calculations cuz the planet placements will be off. Which means this app isn’t accurate and makes me distrust it.
