I just wanted to try this app, they start at “free trial” and then charge you $70 without asking you and there’s no way to contact them to undo it DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!!!!

Got my sunsign wrong!!!
I have a sign that is very close to a cusp and every single other astrology chart says that it is that, and this one wants to get it wrong I’m very disappointed, and there is no adjusting it. It is wrong.
This review is not speaking about the other aspects, I did not explore them because I’m not going to read on something that is potentially entirely wrong. If you were enjoying the other aspects, cross-reference your chart with other places just in case. Especially if you were on the cusp. I hope this feature improves and I wish the developers the best of luck.

Never Again!
I paid for a year subscription up front and I will not be renewing my subscription. My ruling planet is Saturn, but the computer system insists that I am ruled by Jupiter, my rising sign’s ruler. If ever there was a critical dark creature it is me. I am not outgoing or lucky. I changed the house system that I want AstroBella to use for my horoscopes, but my choice did not change a thing. This is very disappointing and points to a greater systemic problem with this platform. If you don’t want your rising sign to constitute your first house, then you may as well piss your time and money down a rat hole. I refuse to accept AstroBella’s radical approach to astrology. If you are on board with their radical fringe agenda, then you will feel right at home here. Otherwise, you are going to be completely misunderstood and disappointed when your readings don’t match your experience. All this work that went into creating AstroBella has been a complete waste. Stay away from this nonsense; it will only make you desperately sad when you can’t live up to your rising sign’s predictions. If your sun and rising signs are identical then you might not face the same disconnect and disappointment that I have.

Fun but paid they dangle the carrot
It does have some great info. I had gotten the paid subscription so I could have access to all the reports. Unfortunately they all cost extra. If I had know I would not have gotten/paid. Kinda a bait and switch

Not chart focused. AI retains everything you said in previous talks and focuses too heavily on it, making assumptions, and effecting the answers perceptions said on a completely unrelated topic.

It's not solid
The app changes some compatibilities, once the percentage will be high and it'll say something like 85% compatibility and later it'll drop and it'll keep switching. I don't like that.

I. Do. Not. Buy. Apps. But this app is life changing, the personal insights in a digestible format makes astrology easy to understand and the way everything is tailored to you.
The chat portion has given such great insights to my soul evolution, patterns, tips to navigate parenting in ways that are personal to myself and my specific child. & I love it because it gives me ideas of what kind of metaphorical seeds to plant in different areas of my life, based on my chart… but I get to decide when/how/where i plant them. it’s collaborative. it’s not a brain rot experience, I can feel myself transforming for the better & the silver lining that comes with better understanding myself and life is EVERYTHING.

Deceptive trial fees
They will charge the full subscription way before trial ends and Apple will not reimburse. Deceptive practice, be careful.
Money making scheme
My issue with app crashing was resolved only to realise that everything inside the app is paid. The free features are very basic and hardly, and the AI astrologers reply pretty late to utilise all of your credits. Avoid I would say.

Excellent ai app for personal transits and information daily.
I find I use this to assist me on daily events and it has been tremendously beneficial.
Changed my rising
The app is attractive and offers a generous sampling of free insights, but my chart suddenly switched my rising & shifted all my house placements with zero updates from me. I submitted an error report but didn’t receive a reply. I’ve had my correct chart run repeatedly throughout my life. This just won’t do!

Has so many errors that don't get corrected
Today says the new moon is in Aries and is exact at 3:30 pm. Except the new moon was exact yesterday at 9:26 pm and it's a new moon in Pisces. Last month during the Aquarius eclipse and new moon in Aquarius the app said it was a new moon in Pisces. The AI portion is always innacurate. Why pay for an app that the developers don't make sure is accurate?

Free trial is BS
When you try the free trial, it says that it’s simple to cancel if you don’t want to pay the 70 bucks. Anyway, it is next to impossible to cancel, I tried. The instructions were unclear. But the app won’t make money if it’s easy I guess. I sent an email to their “ customer service “, which basically means I sent an email off into the void. I really should have known better. So I’m $70 poorer right now and I have an app that I really won’t use. It’s not any better or worse than other astrology apps.

I’ve downloaded this app several times and it doesn’t work. Stays frozen
Doesn’t work for me
I just downloaded the app. Entered in all of my information and the screen went completely gray. I’ve tried closing out the app and opening it back up to no avail. The screen is still gray. Not sure what’s going on. It shouldn’t be an update issue since I just downloaded the app. Everything else works fine on my phone not sure what’s happening here.

It crashed as soon as I plugged in my info. I did everything you’re supposed to do to make sure it works properly, and I still get a grey screen…..
