Doesn’t connect
Please fix this app. Does not connect. I have my entire V collection on my AstroLab 37 and it would be nice to have this please. You are Arturia, a leader in realistic VSTs. You can do this. I believe in you.
Can’t even preview the app without being forced to enter an email address
Was strongly considering purchasing the Astrolab 37 keyboard but wanted to take the app for a little test drive, for accessibility and other purposes, before committing, since it seems like this app is a big part of using the keyboard. Immediately it asks for your email address and there is no way to get around this. Everything just wants to steal our data and I’m absolutely sick of it. A musical instrument should not need my email address or any of my other personal details. I am unlikely to purchase the hardware at this point, especially at $700, and apparently, Arturia finds our personal data more valuable anyway than the product itself, so now they aren’t getting either from me

Why even bother Arturia?
You should just pull this steaming pile of non-working garbage off the App Store and stop wasting people’s time.
Maybe ask Claude to rewrite it, perhaps it will do a better job.

Great Keyboard Rubbish connection
As mentioned by others I have a Astrolab37.
It’s an amazing keyboard that covers all sounds. However the app is rubbish. I can get it to connect sometimes to the Arturia hotspot, but not to the internet (that both AstroLab37 and phone are both on). Therefore I can’t access the store or other presets not on the AstroLab.
Each time I have to connect to my PC, ensure I have all the presets downloaded and then hope that I don’t have any issues.
Come on Arturia, you fixed my Firmware issue very quickly, this needs sorting out too.

Great idea but needs fixes
I love the idea of this. Switching patches, making playlists and manipulating the sound of the patches right on the app is genius! But what is EXTREMELY infuriating is that every time I minimize the app it loses connectivity with the Astrolab which is a REAL bummer. Then I have to close the app entirely and re-open it UGH
