Utter garbage

Works one in a hundred times. Other times it just won’t connect. Surprised at Arturia. Their stuff is normally pretty good.

Terrible App rarely works

This is the first product I’ve bought (Astrolab 37) that is being severely let down by its app integration. How this got released in this state is beyond me. Gets stuck in a wifi loop constantly, can’t find the device on the network, when it does connect crashes frequently, hit or miss whether you transfer sound banks or not. Just a really awful awful experience. Literally on the fence now about sending this Astrolab 37 back. Please fix this ASAP.

Will not connect to local WiFi

I can only use as a hotspot. My WiFi network won’t show up in the app.

Won't work

Tried with my astrolab 37 and it will not connect to either the built in hotspot or my local network. It worked fine before I added presets from Analog Lab, so I think it has something to do with that. Unfortunately now I really need the app because the onboard browsing is awful on this synth and I have a ton of presets loaded. So I need them to fix this quick!
