When sidereal is on (tropical off setting), I added Nakshatra to the the data area below the chart wheel just above ascendant. in an update 3.51 I submitted. Should be out soon. No setting. I do something like that with Vertex. There's a setting in the Vertex case then it will show aspects and transits but for everyone I just include it in house data on wheel charts. Was happy to hear you like what the app does. Feel free to drop a line to the support mail if you see any glitches. I"m not quite as knowledgable of vedic though i've been learning more while working on app and just know a bit about nakshatra.
