Regarding hacking
In this app some people hack your id ,it is not same like it before ,I complain so many time regarding hacking of my id but no action taken by them ,two hackers Vikas and devil is present on this app
Inaccurate charts and privacy issue

If you can’t get a D9 accurate you know the rest is all downhill garbage from there.
Your charts, calculations, esp of divisional are not accurate, correct… making all the nice features and info-utterly useless. look up jyotish tools app & website by Brian for how charts should look when using Lahiri sidereal charts. Would be nice if you make these changes and I will come back and change my ratings.

Basic - waste of time!
It’s scam! Each time to ask questions to AI it’s show like 2 years, 3 years! ChatGPT and Gemini responded more details than AI Astrology.
Worst APP ever
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this app was a huge disappointment.
It claims to provide AI-powered Vedic astrology, yet the predictions I received were highly inconsistent and unrealistic. I entered my birth details, and the app predicted that I would get married next year, even though I’m only 19 years old and not even in a relationship. In another response, it gave a completely different and equally absurd prediction. If the results change so drastically or make no practical sense, how can users trust the accuracy of the app?
The app also appears to encourage users to purchase premium features by implying they’ll receive better or more detailed predictions. In my opinion, this feels more like a marketing strategy than genuine astrological guidance.
AI cannot actually predict a person’s future. It can only generate responses based on patterns and data. Presenting speculative predictions as if they are reliable can easily mislead people, especially those who are emotionally vulnerable or genuinely seeking guidance.
Overall, I found the predictions inconsistent, unrealistic, and lacking credibility. I would not recommend this app to anyone looking for trustworthy or meaningful astrological insights.

I love it very useful
Recharged never got into Wallet
I recently recharged but it never got updated in my wallet, I lost my money and there is no customer support
Not happy with the service ( Providing birth details took more time)
Before I could even enter my birth date and birth year details, the timer started and a significant amount of money was deducted. There is no simple or user-friendly way to fill in these details, and the process takes too much time.
Providing basic birth date information should be free, or users should be given sufficient time to enter their details before any charges are applied. I request that you review this issue and consider a refund for the amount deducted.

Amazing App
I've been using the AstroSage app for a while and it's honestly one of the most detailed astrology apps out there. The birth chart calculations are accurate, and it provides a lot of information like planetary positions, dashas, transits, and predictions based on Vedic astrology.
What I like the most is how much data it gives for learning and understanding your chart deeper. It’s useful for both beginners and people who already know astrology. The interface could be a little more modern, but the amount of astrological insight it provides definitely makes up for it.
Overall, AstroSage is a solid app if you're interested in Vedic astrology and want reliable chart calculations and predictions in one place.

Just keep sending text … about my life going to change … but except for play of words nothing … in fact you might feel hallucinating on pragmatist words said to you ….

What’s the point of downloading the app when you can’t use it. Customer service doesn’t care if you even try to tell them
Unable to log in
The app doesn’t let me log in with my UK number. Keeps throwing error 5 code and stops. Logged me out and now can’t log in at all!!

Paid chat disappeared
I was shown the rate as .02 min but was charged a diff rate n when balance is low the paid chat disappeared how will I Refernce info later

AstroSage AI is completely unreliable. The predictions are 0% accurate — not even close. It fails to recognize anything about the past despite being advertised as capable, and its so‑called future forecasts are nothing more than recycled versions of whatever you write in your question. Sometimes it picks up on personal stories you’ve shared earlier and spins them into a narrative that sounds logical, but when the actual day arrives, you realize it was just playing with your emotions. Honestly, this feels misleading and manipulative rather than insightful. These comments are based on continuous 6 months of usage of this app. Very disappointing

The app appears to charge nearly 20 cents per prompt while many responses feel speculative or loosely generated through Claude AI rather than delivering concrete, reliable insights. If customers are paying premium pricing, they expect transparency, accuracy, and real value — not generic or uncertain answers. Please improve the quality and consistency of responses and be more transparent about how the AI works and what users are actually paying for.

The app has a bug with viewing old chat history. Many chat messages are lost and not visible.

I paid for the subscription to try it out and it charged by bank but will not update my account. I Still have ads and says basic account. I also added money to my wallet to use as I chose and it charged me $18.00 but shows up in my wallet as $15 and haven’t even used it for anything yet….not cool. Also the user
