I paid 200$ (almost 11000 INR + taxes) for some a remedy, their app got stuck but money got charged to my CC. I have emailed them, spoken on support chat but no resolution. Now I have to pay the charge and there is no reversal also.

App is a scam and they steal your money
The people are here are just making stuff up as they go. All a total scam. Then when you go to ask for your money to be refunded to source they refuse to give you your money back. This is after multiple attempts. I had to file a dispute with my credit card.

It’s hilarious.. when you talk 99% of the psychics they always tell you the same thing “there’s many possibilities” “there’s many directions this can go” DUH… 😂 what a joke of an app.. if you actually deposit money to speak with these people, it’s a complete waste of money. This is a huge scam.

The app claims the first chat is free, but mine lasted under 2 minutes. They make you curious about your future, then ask you to recharge to continue.

The astrologer I spoke to gave me false hopes for two years. He made me book several Poojas over the course of one and half year , and a total of 2000$ easily spent on the poojas he recommended. Later after two years he told me to book more Pooja and when I said I didn’t have money he told me he was very busy and that’s why he can’t help me. Two years he wasted my money. His name was Girish 2 and now he has changed his name to Ashvardhan. Liar and fraud. Be safe! Don’t trust anyone here blindly. I don’t think Astrotalk does any verification before registering these fraud people. Basically Astrotalk is allowing fraudsters and scammers and giving them a platform to openly scam and fraud people using their vulnerable situation! Shame on you Astrotalk! This astrologer has good reviews too! How’s that possible. I bet these reviews are fake !!!!
