AstroTalk advertises the first chat as “free,” but my experience was completely different. I was charged multiple times without clearly consenting to those charges. I was charged around $40 shortly after starting the chat, which was extremely frustrating.
When I contacted customer service, I did not get a proper response. I was repeatedly told they needed two days to look into it. After waiting and following up, the response was basically that they could offer me 4 minutes of chat instead of properly addressing the unauthorized charges.
This feels extremely misleading. If you advertise something as a free first chat, customers should not suddenly see multiple charges without clear and transparent consent.
I would strongly recommend being very careful before using this app. My experience has been frustrating, and the customer service response made it even worse. I expected a refund and a proper explanation, not repeated delays and excuses.

Totally Fraudulent and Money-Extorting Experience
This app was a very disappointing experience and, in my opinion, feels like a totally fraudulent and money-extorting application.
After registering, I was immediately connected to what appeared to be an astrologer profile and given only about 2 minutes for free. After that, I was asked to recharge. The recharge page showed 100% cashback, but I never received the cashback.
The biggest red flag was the chat itself. The profile was presented as a real astrologer, but it was sending long, detailed messages within seconds, which strongly made it seem like AI-generated responses. I also wasn’t properly given the opportunity to choose an astrologer myself before the initial chat.
For CAD $20, you can use AI services for an entire month, while here you can potentially spend the same amount for only around 12 minutes of chatting with a profile presented as a real person.

Deduct money from money without your consent and more then predicti ok n they do counselling .
Be aware of the cost cut
I observed that after my first chat is over it initiated another chat for close to 30 mins and deducted all money from wallet for no reason. I’m trying to connect to the customer care support but of no use. My suggestion is that if you really want to use the astrology visit your nearest astrologist in your local area rather than spending so much money here. Many times the same info can be found in free astrology apps as well.
