只有便宜，但都沒有升級方便度（像是重複上傳同個影片或照片會自動刪除同個檔、檔案內跟照片能自動依照日期新舊排序）

現在2026年3月だが、2024年9月にいきなりログインできなくなりました。理由は「アカウントIDもしくはパスワードが違う」ということ。 これはまったくの虚偽（嘘）です。 パスワードも間違わないし、そもそもアカウントIDもパスワードもiOSに登録してあります。 こうやって人の個人情報を不正操作するのはよくないですよね？ セキュリティの部分で信用してはいけないということです。 結局は新しいパスワードを再変更して事態はおさまっまが。またまたログインできない状態に。
とにかく、ログインできず、データファイルは再び盗まれたまま。
このまま非ログイン状態が続くと、アカウントが無くなります。もはや犯罪と同じ。
データファイルを盗むためのサービスか？
あと、スピードがとにかく遅い。なんだか電話回線使ってるみたいな気分です。総合的に感想をいうと「いつか無くなるんじゃないか？」と勘繰ってしまう。このクラウドサービスに重要なデータは危険。

在iPad上执行登录时会闪退，系统版本号 12.5.7。
Need improvement
1) photo viewing experience is bad
2 ) App shouldremember last uploaded photos , Now if we logout and login then same photos are uploading again
3) No background upload ,
4) missing date wise photo categorization
. It's honestly surprising that Asus still uses such a basic and outdated interface in their app.

A headache!
I like Asus hardwares and I’m a fan of their products but this app not functioning at all, it asks to enter login information once in a while and ends up with a password error! I just give up on this, it’s not a storage you can rely on.

系統差
系統的穩定性一直出問題，不到一個月，頻頻出現3次顯示帳密錯誤，但就沒私下改過帳密，怎會一直跳出帳密錯誤的訊息通知？搞得每次都要重新發信件通知客服處理，麻煩加強你們的系統穩定管理行嗎？每次看到畫面顯示帳密錯誤，就得要浪費時間處理你們這破系統的問題⋯⋯

I cant log in to my acct, updated my IP14 to lastest version, install and uninstall the apps. Piece of trash!!!!!

It’s useless as I can’t login to my account when using the app as it falsely claims my password is incorrect.
The exact same account and password works fine on the website and logs me in. If it weren’t for the website I’d have lost access to all my saved files as I would t have ever been able to log in amd my account would have been classed as inactive and expired.

在未改密碼的情形下無法登入，畫面顯示帳密錯誤，只好選擇忘記密碼再收信，但也沒有接到信。急需要用檔案但無法登入真的很焦慮
Bring the app to 2025
Good app, but the interface is very old - you need to bring it to 2025. Make it look better, add functionalities: highlight photos and videos taken on that date (every day) and notify the user about it, maybe even users can be able to unify those photos into a small video and export it ... etc. ... maybe someone could improve this app

App does not show recently uploaded files
The iPhone app does not accurately reflect the files you have uploaded recently, even many hours ago. Logging in through a web browser shows files are there, but the iPhone app is many hours behind and pull-down to refresh does not work. Also, still no ability to select the direction of sort either by date or alphabetically.

Each update is a gamble
I got a few good months out of this app last autumn, but it stopped working around December and a new upgrade was required. I never got that one to work at all. It seems that each version is timed to stop working after a few months, and sometimes the replacement works all right and at other times the user is just plain out of luck. This applies to both desktop and phone versions, both Apple and Android. Sometimes I can get in with the help of a browser and download things manually, sometimes not even that works.

Asus cloud storage
Yes, it happens to me. I did purchase the storage for a full year in 2023 thinking that I was going to be able to use it instead of iCloud from Apple but I was stucked and wasn’t able to use it.Therefore, my full payment to Asus for storage was a waste of money
google cloud drive 比較好用。
常用的電腦每次都要繁複認證才能登入，不易操作。但是比google便宜，所以給2星。
