Need improvement

1) photo viewing experience is bad
2 ) App shouldremember last uploaded photos , Now if we logout and login then same photos are uploading again
3) No background upload ,
4) missing date wise photo categorization

. It's honestly surprising that Asus still uses such a basic and outdated interface in their app.

A headache!

I like Asus hardwares and I’m a fan of their products but this app not functioning at all, it asks to enter login information once in a while and ends up with a password error! I just give up on this, it’s not a storage you can rely on.

Useless

It’s useless as I can’t login to my account when using the app as it falsely claims my password is incorrect.
The exact same account and password works fine on the website and logs me in. If it weren’t for the website I’d have lost access to all my saved files as I would t have ever been able to log in amd my account would have been classed as inactive and expired.

App does not show recently uploaded files

The iPhone app does not accurately reflect the files you have uploaded recently, even many hours ago. Logging in through a web browser shows files are there, but the iPhone app is many hours behind and pull-down to refresh does not work. Also, still no ability to select the direction of sort either by date or alphabetically.

Each update is a gamble

I got a few good months out of this app last autumn, but it stopped working around December and a new upgrade was required. I never got that one to work at all. It seems that each version is timed to stop working after a few months, and sometimes the replacement works all right and at other times the user is just plain out of luck. This applies to both desktop and phone versions, both Apple and Android. Sometimes I can get in with the help of a browser and download things manually, sometimes not even that works.

Asus cloud storage

Yes, it happens to me. I did purchase the storage for a full year in 2023 thinking that I was going to be able to use it instead of iCloud from Apple but I was stucked and wasn’t able to use it.Therefore, my full payment to Asus for storage was a waste of money

app always logs out

the mobile app logs you out and you have to remember which email and password you use bc apple doesn't save that info from this app, so is not much useful in your phone as every time you may need it you have to find and enter your credentials. in the other hand it is very useful across your PCs as it stay logged in all the time and automatically mounted and logged in after every restart, although slow to synchronize mew items, but goos as a back up not emergency storage.

Pas d’ajout de fichier possible

Outre les problèmes de traduction dans l’app, c’est absurde de ne pas pouvoir uploader des fichiers !! On ne peut partager que photos et vidéos depuis l’application

Cannot login

I can login to my asus webstorage account on my PC and mobile Safari，but I can not login in this app with same account and correct password（I am sure）.

Pricing improved but lacks flexibility

Update: ASUS developer reached out and convinced me into upgrading my storage. The pricing is way better for 1TB compared to iCloud . It lacks flexibility though because I can’t share files between this and other apps within iOS . The only way is for me to access asuswebstorage on the browser. Only from there I can upload files from iOS files app.

I was hoping to connect to my home network and USB drives attached to the router. As a cloud storage the size you get is abysmal. iCloud is way more generous.

Very Basic Capabilities

Extremely basic app. You can’t even choose the direction of sort so you can see the most recent files at the top. Users expect a lot more from Asus.

Very Basic Capabilities

Extremely basic app. You can’t even reverse the direction of search so you can see the most recent files at the top. Expect a lot more from Asus.

Doesn’t open

The App Store says this app runs on iOS 12.0 and up. My iPad is running iOS 12..5.7 and this app will not open. If it needs a higher version of iOS, just say so.

lots of glitches

The app doesn’t works at all on iPad. I keep getting pop up error message. I cannot find all my 45gb files which I can see on Andriod and windows.

Pitiful free storage. Pitiful price model.

I was hoping to connect to my home network and USB drives attached to the router. As a cloud storage the size you get is abysmal. iCloud is way more generous.

You can send messages to the support center, it’s like a bottle to the see: useless. No support, no sync…
