Worst app
This app has been trash from day one. Full of bugs. Best thing ever is they decided to close it but yet more bugs, I have tried for months to get my pics and not one has been recovered! Who has time to call and sit on hold for an app? Horrible from start to finish, imo.

all my photos got stuck on this app and it is near impossible to get back onto my phone. all my pictures are gone now because of this app. now the app doesn’t work anymore so all my pictures are just going to disappear.

Keeps freezing
Every time I try to use the app it freezes 😡
Lost pictures
Now that you announced that you will no longer support the app all my pictures have disappeared with no instructions on how to retrieve them and get them back to my phone. Years of pictures gone.
Loss of storage
I lost all my storage from this app. Was reliable and helpful at first but now I am not able to retrieve my storage. Very devastated and disappointed if anyone can help me get it back please let me know.

Photo storage 🗑️
Worst app. It’s slow, doesn’t upload sometimes and now they are discontinued. It did save space, the only good thing. But now I think I will lose all my pics. Been with att forever. But I’m hating att right now and will be switching t-mobile.

Why
I’m only rating one star because I have complaints. I love the storage, just not sure after all these years why AT&T wants to stop giving its customers this free storage. We pay enough that this does hurt AT&T to continue this service.
AT&T has lost the Ma Bell Mojo 😩
I am a lifelong AT&T Communication Services customer. I've enjoyed very reliable and excellent service with AT&T Landline, Long Distance and Mobile Wireless. But any time I have used anything other than that core competency, such as Uverse, Digital Life, Photo Storage, I'm sorry ... AT&T just does not have lasting power. Nor commitment to their customers. It's all fly by night. Here today, gone tomorrow. I would not subscribe to any non-Comm service offered by AT&T. Dabbling isn't a good business practice, AT&T. Please refrain. Thank you.

Nothing but problems
Crashes all the time. Freezes , won’t let you delete pics or vids & won’t even open a lot of times. Been having these problems for a few years. I myself & others keep telling them. They just won’t actually fix any of these issues long term. I think we’re just all test subjects for them.
Don’t move
Moved my account from my ex wife’s and started my own att account. Lost ALL. My saved photos. Glad they are discontinuing it. I’ll stick with storing them on Facebook
