You should be able to draw immediately after opening a new document. The application automatically searches to see if there is an Apple Pencil connected and if it does not find it, it recognizes fingers as input. Please contact us by email to try to find out what the error may be. We tested the app with iOS 17.1.1 on an iPad Pro 12.9 (3rd generation) Thank you for trusting us and giving Atai a good rating.

does not work on iPad 2022
