This is hands down, the best bank in America.
My grandmother was a teller at ATC for her entire career 1950-1970s.
The customer service is amazing and has been since they first opened their doors, almost 100 years ago. Charlie Wait has set the a president that is exemplary and this bank will be around for generations to come.

Search feature deficient
The previous search feature flexibility, including a date range, seems to have been eliminated.
Serious app shortcoming
It’s very disappointing that the previous good application was replaced by this one. When making payments I can’t even include any memo to cross reference it to the bill I’m paying. I’m actually considering switching banks after 23 years, because of this significant shortcoming.
Makes things simple & easy.
Just a very easy app to use, allows me to handle my accounts seamlessly, and it looks great!
Difficulties with remote deposit
Since new web, I have to retake pictures as payers handwriting is not clear. I spend a lot of time making several deposits.

The upgraded WebWise platform is very easy to pick up based on the previous program and has many new functions that show a clear improvement!

Very intuitive interface. Nice to see all my transactions on one screen (unlike the old app) and easier navigation to bill pay. I also like the new money management feature!
Great New App!
New WebWise is working very well. I like the facial recognition, the mobile check deposit, money management with MX, and the other new features. Definitely a big step in the right direction.
Absolute trash, not accessible
Spent two hours trying to login because it wouldn’t accept my original UserID, and when I asked for an email to be sent I never received one, despite knowing that it’s the correct email for my account. Their only solution was to call them. As someone with hearing difficulties that isn’t an option for me, nor is heading to a location. It also defaults all my settings to light mode when makes it almost impossible for me to use with my photosensitivity.
I have no idea why they’re changing apps to this trash one other than it will probably make them more money somehow. Vultures.
