Downloaded the app on my iPhone and iPad. It will not open.
Bad App
Had this App for years, no issues. Changed password and now it doesn’t work at all. I tried everything they told me to try and it still doesn’t work. Called three times and they said they would call me back but never did. Worst support ever.
Can’t search for tires via app
App is useless. No products come up after any type of search and always give error when starting app. This app was great at one point and now it’s gone downhill
Old app better
The new app is SO slow. It’s takes much longer to advance past each screen. This was never the case with the old app. Hopefully the developers can address this issue.
User Friendy
I don’t usually write reviews but the work out into this app to make it super easy to buy tires wholesale for my customers is a breath of fresh air when compared to other companies websites and apps if they even have an app. The only thing I would like to recommend is making it possible to see my balance (credit because I pay a little more than the total when buying) so I know how much money should be going towards my next purchase. Other than that I’m very happy with this app!
