I really wouldn’t wish this upon my worst enemy. Absolutely terrible. Wanna go paperless? Figure out how to make an app.

Almost Impossible to Use

Lots of issues with submitting a warranty claim. Spent days talking with customer service to try and get my profile set up and get access to different features in the app. Very frustrating.

Sorry Michelin but this app stinks

Not user friendly, and hard to get the right permissions settings.

It almost feels like they don’t want you to process warranty claims…

Screen is so dark it’s unusable

Darkened menu screens can’t be lightened. Completely unusable in Daylight. Supposed to be used “on the fly” at “Customer Location”. Only if Customer has a darkened room…
