I really wouldn’t wish this upon my worst enemy. Absolutely terrible. Wanna go paperless? Figure out how to make an app.
Almost Impossible to Use
Lots of issues with submitting a warranty claim. Spent days talking with customer service to try and get my profile set up and get access to different features in the app. Very frustrating.

Screen is so dark it’s unusable
Darkened menu screens can’t be lightened. Completely unusable in Daylight. Supposed to be used “on the fly” at “Customer Location”. Only if Customer has a darkened room…
The worst
This app is the absolute worst. The customer service is even worse.
App does not work
I logged in with our Michelin credentials and it took me to a “Home Screen” with no buttons just a picture of the Michelin man. Only option was to “go back” and then the options were home, info,log out.
I clicked info and there was no info about our account or any other option.

User friendly
This app is great for everything except processing your warranty. You can contact a bunch of useful support lines, all of which appear to know even less about the app than your territory rep.
