Atelopus Alerts is the companion app for teams that run Atelopus video intelligence. Every alert, visitor and branch event from your cameras, on your phone, wherever you are. WHAT YOU CAN DO Real-time alerts Get a push notification seconds after a camera detects a person of interest or a security event. Filter by severity and jump straight to the case. Alert detail with video Open any alert to see the clip, the confidence score, the camera and branch it came from, and a plain-language summary of what happened. Visitors Browse who has been in your locations, with recent activity and a per-person history. Collaborators Look up your staff, see which cameras they passed and when. Branches and cameras Check every branch and camera linked to your account, and mute the ones you don't want to hear from. Alert preferences Choose exactly which alert types reach this device, per category and per branch. BUILT FOR Retail, restaurants, gyms, clinics, offices, residential buildings and any business already running Atelopus. Works alongside your cameras and the Atelopus web portal. PRIVACY Atelopus Alerts is a viewer. It does not capture, store or transmit face images from your phone. Detection and recognition happen on the cameras and servers already installed at your locations; the app only shows alerts and their details. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and each account only ever sees its own organization. ACCESS You need an Atelopus account provided by your organization. The app does not create accounts and there is nothing to buy inside it.
