I wish I could get my money back. The theory of this works great, but there’s no trouble shooting abilities or even the option to see when or if your switcher is successfully connected.
Will not Connect
The app will not connect and there are NO helpful instructions on how to connect. Have yet to find a YouTube video demonstration on the app. I would love to get a refund and find an app that actually works.

Waste of money. The app keeps on crashing. Can’t get started.
Broken app
Should have known better than to download an app that hasn’t been updated in three years. Does not connect. Does not indicate whether there is a connection or not. Does not work.
Horrible DOES NOT work
This app looked promising no wires to trip over. Never read reviews just bought it. $ down the the drain. I’m sure there will be no refund coming my way. I guess in this political climate and low moral you can trust no one. Signed Unhappy customer!

Does not work at all. Tap to enter IP address and the app disappears. I have removed and reinstalled and the same thing.

Does not work
Just like others, I have put in my IP address several times and nothing. This app should be removed from the App Store immediately! Wasted money!!!!!
The app closes continuously
After adding the IP address the app closed and it’s unable to open. I used iOS13. It’s very disappointing.
No where close to full featured.
I had high hopes for this app but once I got in and started to explore its feature set it was quickly apparent that it was lacking controls for audio, streaming keys, media player and the UI is terrible. If I could get a refund I would. Do not buy this if you need control over your atem from another device.

Did not work
I have the ATEM plugged into my computer’s Ethernet and I’ve put in the IP address - nothing. I’m on the same WiFi on my phone as the computer. What am I doing wrong?

Crashes on load
Does not work. App crashes immediately after you input the up for the switcher and will not relaunch.
Doesn’t connect to my ATEM mini pro
Also, the app size doesn’t really scale with the iPad screen size. App seems very basic. How do you get a refund, since i can’t use it… at all?
