Best app by far

I’ve been using Athena to keep track of my workouts and I really like it. It’s simple, easy to use, and doesn’t make tracking everything feel like a chore. I like being able to look back and see what I’ve done and how I’m progressing. It’s definitely helped me stay more consistent at the gym. I’d recommend it to anyone who wants an easy way to keep track of their workouts

Honest review

Interesting app with unique physique tracking and competition with friends feature. Can get lost in the app a bit but after a few minutes, understood it. I love that the app syncs with my Apple Watch so I’m not constantly manually tracking. Highlights on my muscle tracker is crazy addicting. I can visually see what I lack and what I don’t lack, then seeing everything glow feels good knowing I hit a crazy workout. Been working out for 3 years and using other workout apps to track my sets, but this one was simple at most. Amazing app, can’t wait to see more features in the future like different avatars!

You're right about getting lost at first; smoothing out those first few minutes is high on my list. Best App Ever

This app saved my life, before I was an absolute CHUD no goals, money, aura. I had nothing but then I found ATHENA and my life instantly improved now I’m on my way to becoming an absolute CHAD, with this app there is no one or anything that can stop me.

Great platform for tracking and planning

I am very happy with downloading the app. It is a strong tool that I can track my progress, plan exercises and compare with friends. It’s a great app and I cannot wait for future updates to further my progression. Would recommend to my fitness friends and whoever is looking to improve themselves.
