Alliance should be embarrassed
This app sucks. How can you have an app that miscalculated ERA and even the score for that matter. You acknowledged it’s a known problem and still haven’t fixed it.
Even worse is that the alliance uses this for “points” and awards. You should be embarrassed.

This app is the absolute worst!! I paid good money to watch my grandkids play ball and this app continually glitches, skips and jumps!!! It is very frustrating!! The stats are very slow to catch up with the game! Get this fixed AGL or give me my money back!!! Very unhappy!!!
Worst App ever for softball
This app is a joke. We are being sold a bill of goods that college look at this. That so the biggest joke. Stats are always wrong. Video never works. Please sell to game changer and get out of the business.

This app gets worse with each update. We started using a hotspot and it hasn’t helped. When watching the livestream, scores are reversed. Balls freeze mid air, then the stream cuts out minutes of the game at a time. There is no way to save clips. All of these issues should have been fixed before rolling this out and taking people’s money!

Horrible video
This app is horrible. The videos don’t show correctly, the clips are off and you can skip through an hour long game. It freezes up and is just awful. Avoid at all costs.

So many bugs, it’s incredibly frustrating to use.

This is one of the worst applications ever made. I am convinced it was created with AI writing the code. My dog could create a better program. Not only does the app struggle to stream but it also sucks to function as a scoring app. Trusting anything it says is bold. We have a pitcher that according to AGL has a 0.00 era but yet she has 39 earned runs. During a game as I am scoring it calculated our score to 5 run when we only scored 2. Then I clicked on the box score and on this screen it shows our score as 5 but in the box it is 4 and then in the stats below it showed 3. You have to try hard to build something this bad.
We are no longer using this app because it is horrible. The only way I will use this again is if AGL pays me 6 figures or I am forced to use it or go to jail. I would rather eat sushi that has set on a sidewalk for 2 days before using this garbage.
I really hope Gamechanger reads this and hires me as their new marketing person because it would be my pleasure to constantly slam on AGL.

Just give up
This is the worst app. Has never worked. Basically stole our money and our sponsors money.
Not functional. Previous version was so much better to view stats and sort.
The old AGL was so much better with functionality and stat tracking. This one doesn’t allow you to sort based on average, OBP, etc. We paid for a $500 corporate sponsorship and it isn’t even on there. Very disappointing and frustrating!

Horrendous and Unusable
Absolutely terrible! All of our stats and video are gone. Cannot add an event name, which is critical to get event points. Charged us for a full year but have not had a workable app for the past 6 months!

This app does nothing but glitch. Won’t let me even access the team schedule, roster, or gamecast. I’ve registered and followed the team but can’t access any functionality. On tour of that, they emailed me to try to charge $99 for streaming for a 5 week season. Fix the app first as I have zero faith the stream will work if the basic functionality doesn’t…..

Nonstop glitches - won’t connect to team or allow you to view schedule, roster, or game cast. On top of that, the app wants to charge me $99 to stream the 5 week season. Fix the app first!!!!
New and not improved
Very dissatisfied with the alleged improvements on the app. It now requires the score keeper to push more buttons to track plays. Please bring back the pitch options on a bottom bar versus needing an entire box over the field. This app is liken to the old game changer app. Teams pay too much money to use AGL to have a substandard app.

Literally just trying to set up a team and it doesn’t work as instructed. This app is so bad.
Vaporware
I wish all these organizations signing contracts with Athletes Go Live would come here and read some reviews. This app’s features is absolutely being sold without meeting the basic requirements. It can’t score reliably. Problem after problem, it’s just non-stop with this app. Use GameChanger, your life as a coach will be better.

Since the upgrade to Version 2, horrendous!! Doesn’t even record defensive stats anymore. They should just end the app!!
