Terrible App
This app pales in comparison to its competition.
Scoring on it is not intuitive and the options on how to score different plays are not thought out properly. Viewing past games is buggy and there are appear to be workarounds on the built in security.
Subscription plans make no sense as well as the three tiers are not thought out at all.
The only reason why this app still appears to have a subscriber base is because they appear to have a deal with Alliance Fastpitch and have forced us to use it to allow us to qualify for nationals.

Worst app ever!
Compare this to GC and AGL will make you cry. They pocket all the money and zero R&D, no updates, but sales team does a great job telling you college coaches only use this!
Finally done with the season
We were on a new team and was told this app was the new thing and the way to go. WOW…not the case. There is nothing good about this app. Keep game changer…the season just ended and I was told we were going back to GC and it made my day. I cannot begin to tell you how bad the athletes go live format was…wish I could go zero stars.

Streaming is glitchy
I live stream with good service and this season has been the worst by far for glitchy video or even keeping the video after the event is complete. Please fix!

The worst application for scoring on the face of the planet! Don’t invest in it. It a rip off! Nothing works right on it. DON’T USE IT YOU WILL BE SORRY!

Constantly pauses and glitches. Hard to navigate. Very disappointed our team moved from Sports Recruits. Must be cheaper…
Terrible, GameChanger is safe for sure
Our 16U softball tournament was required to use this instead of GameChanger this weekend. What a terrible experience. No easy dragging players for plays. Every button is tiny, every play menu is cumbersome. I would never be able to recommend this to any event, ever.
Good overall
I personally like this app overall, however there are some issues with the fan/parent/player functionality.
The parent/player needs to be completely separated. As a coach I need to be able to create player profiles and assist with keeping the profiles updated much like sports recruits does.
I have many people also confused on the fan accounts. Personally it was easy for me but I’m not intimidated by new platforms.
The scorekeeping is fairly easy but would like the ability to drag the ball to where it was hit for proper spray charts. It would also be nice to drag the runners to the bases versus having to click directly on the runner.
I am also a user of the V3 Camera, which is good overall but the resolution is too low. The device is completely locked which makes it difficult to transfer the local recordings off of it.

Horrible
I do not recommend this app for anyone. Do not waste your time, money, energy or sanity. My daughter’s travel softball organization is making us use this app and it is absolutely horrible. First it’s over priced for what it is, second there is no scoreboard overlay on the live stream like they promise there is. Family or friends have to have the app to watch the game because you can’t stream it anywhere else other than their app.

Not worth it
You can’t search players in the app. Video is awesome but not as user friendly as others. Too much money for all the bugs
This app needs better selection
My daughter sport team uses this app on a daily basis there needs to be a selection where I can only see my players videos ect.. highly recommend making some necessary adjustments.

Can’t get subscription canceled. Apple show cancelled but then they bill again again
Horrible Game Streaming
This app is by far the worst to watch a streamed game. It will show the game for a second or two, freeze and jump 5-8 seconds ahead. There is no box score, inning, or counts on screen and sound of the game wasn’t streamed. So with the glitching, you have no idea what is going on in the game. I was on my home wifi which is fantastic and fast, so I know it wasn’t my service. $10 for the month wasted…

Don’t waste your money
Don’t waste your money we paid for this for impact tournament. They broadcast the game on a iPhone, hung on the fence with bungee cords. Ran by high school kids just a money grab too. Didn’t even broadcast all games but took full payment.

Don’t try and pay for anything with this app. It is horrible. Following my son’s summer collegiate team and you can’t look at stats or box scores or watch a game without subscribing to a service that still doesn’t work!! This is a terribly executed platform. I’ve been in IT for 35+ years and would have been fired if I’d ever allowed a product like this to be deployed to users. Tried tech support and they were anything but helpful. I would tell you to have very low expectations for the app

Terrible video quality
Too much lagging going on. Can’t even enjoy the game. Try to invest some of the money you’re making into video quality.
Horrible app
As a grandparent, I have this app to watch my youngest grandchild play travel softball. The only thing I can get to see is either a schematic of the field but recently I have seen a video, but there’s no score, no count, no inning. No way to know which team is up unless you know which color the team is which sometimes a grandparent may not know that. I feel like I’m wasting money on this app when I have GameChanger for her other Little League team and her sisters three teams. Please somehow fix this app.

Horrible beyond words
Was this app developed for the iPhone 1? If you are going to monopolize the youth sports market by trying to partner with organizations and colleges and extort parents for money to follow and watch their kid, at least have a decent updated app.
How can Game Changers interface be so good and cost $15 and this junk makes you pay $200? Try putting some of this extortion money into app development.
