Unable to access tickets

I bought tickets to a game, not knowing I would need the app. This thing will not allow me to send verification email to my assigned email. PLEASE MAKE THIS APP SIMPLE!!!

Glitches

Constantly say games are blacked out when they’re not. It changes constantly. The blackout areas have not changed, this game is happening on the other side of the damn country, but for some damn reason, it says it’s blacked out. Happens all the damn time.
