Every Update makes it worse
This app used to be the best. You could swipe from the top, left, right, catch up with plays, see other scores, and it was so much more versatile. Now it’s just “WATCH” - and that’s it. Ughhh.

Annoying Marketing
Depending on the market MLB will play the same Google Cloud AI 10 second clips during commercial breaks. This could go on and on for several minutes. So in between innings you’ll hear the same clip over and over and over again. I can’t wait for the regular season to end so I can cancel my sub.

Somehow, despite the technology existing for over twenty years now, this app doesn’t ever keep you signed in. Ridiculous and obnoxious

Addition of 3-d is great. Also enjoy the facts inserted between pitches.
Worst streaming app I’ve ever used
The mlb.tv streaming on this app is absolutely horrendous. Constantly freezes, pauses by itself, and then won’t play again without closing out and reopening the app. I’ve missed so many crucial moments in games because the app was taking a dump. MLB should be absolutely embarrassed of this product.

Every time I try to find my tickets it’s a production. Just make it easy. Why make apps so difficult to find information especially when a purchase is involved? Get better!
