MLB Baseball
This App is the best. I have had it for about 3 years. I’ve never had any trouble out of it. It is very very informative. I love the stories, the news and everything it has to offer. I do wish the stats were easier to get to.

Watch games on your phone, get pings about your team when they’re about to throw the first pitch. Highlights. This app paired with watching Baseball Tonight with Dan Plesic on MLB channel is an awesome combo!

Nice clean machine, men. I use it everyday, sometimes 5-6x or more. I inhale box scores. The articles are fantastically written, and I get more Guardians info than I need. Plenty of stories. I wish all news coverage was this clean and simple. Thanks ⚾️🇺🇸🌞

Backsliding Off the Bases in Terms of Accessibility
Well this is an update I did not want to write. As a blind fan who has used this app since the second day I owned an iPhone nearly 12 years ago, I have seen improvement, decline and improvement. I’m sad to report we must be in a decline phase and back sliding when it comes to accessibility. When I launch the app now, I have numerous items on the home screen that simply say image, image, image. That means their are graphics being put on the interface with no alt text description, so the voiceover screen reader does not know what is there and it is unable to provide me an accurate description. This is extremely problematic. If you want me to use your league operated app as my go to baseball resource, you have to be resourceful and design your tool in a way where I know I can actually independently use it. Please do it right and make it better again. I will also say that for a while, as I requested, you specifically stated what was changed with app updates. But for much of the last year, you are back to the standard bug improvements text. Sadly, for the blind like me, I don’t see bug improvements, I see more bugs and more inaccessibility.

I’ve not been able to watch a single game this year. Despite three lengthy calls to Customer Service, my subscription is still not working and we’re half-way through the season. Angry and frustrated! I will NOT renew!!

I have used the app for years. For years the experience has declined due to constant price raises and tiered content access often times paired with territorial restrictions based on dated boundaries determined decades ago by radio signals which are all but arbitrary today. The final straw was the addition of betting odds. I am so tied of being unable to watch or listen to sports without being bombarded by ads and encouragement for sports betting. The sports betting industry has invaded every facet of every game, and it is exhausting. The worst part over 90% (WaPo) of parlays miss, yet the average consumer believes parlays are their way to get rich quick. It has become such easy money for the house to make money that their budget and influence keep growing while the consumer has to sit idly by and take it. I am done with this app. I hope whoever reads this has a lovely day
