Doesn’t recognize password. Update. Still doesn’t recognize password. Update again. Now it doesn’t recognize my email and claims I have no account AFTER purchasing tickets. Significant unknown system errors punctuated in between processing failures. A joke of an app.

Unnecessary app that functions poorly

There is no reason for this app to be involved in the ticketing process. The account verification is clunky. Verify a code sent to your email but still need to click “verify email” in a separate email.

If I could give negative stars, I would.

Negative review

I am frustrated trying to verify, if I gave the access code why. It released the tickets

Had a little trouble trying to use the Discover card, but all is good when I used my Mastercard. Looking forward to Great Rays Win.
