Verification issues

So frustrating how many times I have to reset my password or verify my email before I get my tickets. I’ve done this 6 times now and so still can’t see my tickets. But every verification worked!

It thinks I live in New York

Couldn’t buy tickets because my address at checkout was way wrong and the app will not allow me to correct it.

Rediculous app

Why do I need an app? Why can I not just add tickets to apple wallet? Why does the app require 14 verifications? Makes seeing the game not worth it.
