Support is non-existent
There is zero support when you have an issue. Multiple attempts, everything is automated and no help to access tickets
Another failed digital consumer product
The site looks great, but we’ve experiences one glitch right after the next. American society wants everything to be digital. Very predictably, these digital transfers/application never seem to work. I didn’t need more proof of this, but the Ballpark app has given me even more evidence. I have zero confidence in your product and so many others. Ugh!

Bought my tix through Ticketmaster, downloaded mlb ballpark app, and immediately met with error messages. I was logged in, and in addition to the error, my tickets were not available in my wallet…

It was very challenging too much verification just to get tickets very cumbersome. It should be easy as just getting tickets at the window instead, I have to go through many layers of security just to get a simple ticket to a simple MLB game. This is caused many levels of frustration, headache, and difficulty get us a ticket

Frustrating exercise. Paid for concert tickets. Have confirmation of that. Seller says they’re coming via Ballpark app No show. No effective support. Just email me my tickets!
Mandatory spyware and useless nonsense
I just want to watch an occasional ballgame, not have MLB spy on me. I also don’t understand why the app consistently makes me reset passwords and use 2FA. These are stupid baseball tickets, not my life’s savings.

Verification Doesn’t Work
How how is the official app of Major league baseball so terrible? I hit verify from the email and nothing happens. Send another verification email and it says error. And this is the only way to get tickets? This is unacceptable.

What happened to this app?!!!
This app used to be great…. What happened?!!Now I can’t even get the sign in prompt to load—it’s just a blank window! When I sign in through a web browser, it prompts me to open the Ballpark app which then lands at the same useless blank prompt! How am I supposed to go to a game I can’t access my tickets for??

Much more difficult than Seat Geek! I cannot add my parking pass to my Apple Wallet, but I was able to add my admission tickets.
