Just give me the damn QR code, I don’t need an app for this trash.

“Technical difficulties” right off the bat. Can’t verify tickets I just bought online. Now what???
Annoying, Duplicative
Why should I need to download an extra app for baseball tickets…. It takes me three apps of downloaded to get my tickets for a game.

Activation email is not working properly and will not allow me to access my tickets. Keep receiving an error message when I hit the resend button

I have an i8 & I can’t update the latest version to get my baseball tickets

I can no longer transfer my tickets to apple wallet. It doesn’t work anymore.

This app is a problem. Way too many “technical difficulties” with getting registered and verification emails. Do better MLB.

Annoying pop up ridden app that does nothing well
Parking pass
Good luck trying to purchase a parking pass on the app. I had to use CoPilot on the steps to purchase a pass without buying another ticket.
Overkill
Just trying to use my tickets, way too many steps and can’t verify my email to get the tickets
Verification issues
So frustrating how many times I have to reset my password or verify my email before I get my tickets. I’ve done this 6 times now and so still can’t see my tickets. But every verification worked!

It thinks I live in New York
Couldn’t buy tickets because my address at checkout was way wrong and the app will not allow me to correct it.
Rediculous app
Why do I need an app? Why can I not just add tickets to apple wallet? Why does the app require 14 verifications? Makes seeing the game not worth it.
Another useless app
This adds another level of difficulty for the purpose of gathering data instead pf serving the customer. Bought a ticket and the app didn’t even work.
