The technology behind this app is very poor, and the support is almost as bad. Unfortunately they dont provide any help to use. Their bad app will prevent me from going to mlb games in the future.

SeatGeek purchase not transferred
Within the Ballpark app I keep getting the death spiral of “retry” when trying to accept tickets.

Unbelievably bad. Couldn’t download my tickets. Kept asking me to verify via email but their servers did not respond.

Not loading my tickets, not loading my profile, very frustrating that I need this app in order to receive tickets I bought. Willing to change my review if they fix it.
Authentication is way too hard
Needlessly complicated password that has to be regularly reset +2FA for something where a 4 digit pin would be enough. Not my bank account
