App is pointless in Canada. You can save all your info / address, but it still makes you enter at check out but US is the only option.

The ONLY way to buy/sell tickets
No clue why this is rated so low. It’s easy to use and the only way I would buy tickets to a Bananaball game. The Fans First Crew should be studied on their efforts to make every step of the way easy, while attempting to cut out scalpers.
Finally a ticket company that doesn’t price gouge
Yeah the app isn’t super polished but it works and at least they found a way to not price gouge their fans like every other ticketing app. I’d bet all the bad reviews on the App Store are just execs in the ticket mafia trying to get back at banana ball for not playing their game
Bad App Bad Management
I tried to sell a single ticket when my brother in law couldn’t make it to the game, I was willing to sell at a loss you have 0 control over ticket price so I got nothing it went unsold. Then those of us that went had a 2.25 hour rain/lightning delay got 0 updates and they don’t provide any way I could find to reach out to them for feedback/assistance. Would give negative stars if I could.
