Bad App Bad Management
I tried to sell a single ticket when my brother in law couldn’t make it to the game, I was willing to sell at a loss you have 0 control over ticket price so I got nothing it went unsold. Then those of us that went had a 2.25 hour rain/lightning delay got 0 updates and they don’t provide any way I could find to reach out to them for feedback/assistance. Would give negative stars if I could.

This app is amazing
Poor functionality, major security concerns
What can you say about a ticketing platform that lets the company go in as admins and manipulate a user’s account? Yes. The Bananas staff can accept tickets, transfer tickets, ostensibly delete or otherwise act entirely as you, and you have zero visibility or control. You don’t even get a notification. This platform has a very high abuse potential and is very risky. I will be avoiding it going forward.

Works great!
Just started using this app in May, but so far seems to work great. I bought some tickets on the marketplace and loaded them into my Apple wallet. Thanks FF for looking so hard to get the marketplace up and running!
Awesome app
Not sure what the other reviews are about but first time using the app and the fans first marketplace via the app. I will say the marketplace is amazing to score some last-minute tickets we were able to get tickets for the banana game in Atlanta this weekend which will be our first game that my kids are gonna get to go to and are super excited. The app over is very simple to use and has tickets shows that are purchased.

Not User Friendly
Tried to get tickets and it kept kicking me out. Then it blocked my account and I couldn’t do anything. I delete the account and try to re-signup. And it wouldn’t let me cause it had the same number. I missed out on getting tickets I wanted.
Unbelievably awful app
Downloaded the app to try and buy tickets and then my account was blocked as I checked out. Make it make sense.
Brick!
I just updated my app and now it’s a total brick. Can’t access anything or do anything in the app.
Not working
I’m so sad that I can’t even get the app to work. At first I was unable to complete the registration for the app because it would not give me a code. But now about a month later, I’m trying again and now I can get into the app, but I’m unable to select any of the games. I can see the game, but when I press on it, nothing happens. And I keep timing out. So frustrating!

not user friendly at all … multiple attempts to sign-up to access purchased tickets failed … after entering new account info to create account, screen freezes …
Why even have an app?
It never works. Always errors, doesn’t load, it’s like talking to a wall. Never get anywhere. Fix it or remove it. Don’t torture people who login thinking it will work for them.
Frustrating
This app is horrible and impossible to sign up for! I can’t get past confirmation of password…a password that was autogenerated but I can’t see…so how then do I confirm it? I’m so frustrated right now I’ve just got to quit trying!!
Doesn’t work
Trying to sign in so my sister can transfer tickets but the code never gets sent to my phone. Tried the website form my computer and that doesn’t work either. The game is in 8 hours and I don’t know how we’ll get our tickets!
Won’t send the phone access code
Can not access tix because the sms never comes through even though the number and country code are correct.
It won’t let me setup account
I’ve been trying for an hour to set up an account, but I can’t get the keyboard to always come up on each line, I can get some info in, then the keyboard won’t come back. Hopefully I can show tickets via phone browser to get in?

Can’t get past the password
I tried to set up an account and it won’t let me get past the password. How do I get my tickets? This sucks!

I attempted to delete my Fans First account so I could update to an alternate email (old email got hacked) and now I appear to be locked out of using app indefinitely since it’s associated with me phone number. Is there a support line/option? All roads seem to be dead ends that I’ve tried. Thank you!

Worst App Ever to Set Up
I have never had as much trouble to get into an app as this one. It does not use autofill to fill in fields. If you try to use strong password from Apple, it fills in the first password field and changes its color so you can’t see what it is to fill in the confirmation. Same if you type in the first password manually, you can’t enter the confirmation. I installed and deleted the app multiple times. I could go on and on, but I need to get my blood pressure back down. I wouldn’t use the app if I didn’t have to!
