Scam not calibrated properly

Not a scam

Had trouble when I first got it where the games weren’t playing. You could hear them but it stayed on the start screen. Contacted customer support (which got back to me that night). They asked for screen shots and a short video. Shortly after they said they were gonna do an update and true to their word we got an update and the games work now. Rating them a 3.5 right now. Will adjust it to a 4 if they give me lifetime access like they said they would for the inconvenience. Will be testing the games out this week. But have to say their customer service/support was very good.
