My kid gets frustrated the board doesn’t align or sync with games it games over ever time

Had trouble when I first got it where the games weren’t playing. You could hear them but it stayed on the start screen. Contacted customer support (which got back to me that night). They asked for screen shots and a short video. Shortly after they said they were gonna do an update and true to their word we got an update and the games work now. Rating them a 3.5 right now. Will adjust it to a 4 if they give me lifetime access like they said they would for the inconvenience. Will be testing the games out this week. But have to say their customer service/support was very good.

I emailed company that app wasn’t working and they fixed it in a few days. Works great so fun!

This app sucks
Every single game will show you how to play, count down to start, and go right back to the opening screen. Feels like a scam.
