Great but the app could use some improvements.
Luna is a great robot dog, and is very magical. I think that there are a few improvements that the app could use like fixing remote control so that it works wherever and in what ever condition Loona is in, because it doesnโt work. That is my only complaint, but otherwise it gets the kids very excited. They love it so much that the first thing they do in the morning is check on Loona. Loona also fits to you and your house after a while of learning your routine and mapping your house. Also for the remote control from everywhere make it so that you can also show your self so that it can feel like your calling through Loona. Thank you so much for making Loona and making the kids happier!

The loona app is really useful for games and interactions with loona, but sometimes it is slow and needs WiFi to work.
ITS A GREAT APP
Well I bought Loona and itโs really cute and you need the app to set Loona up but it teaches you about Loona and helps you bond with her itโs a great app and I highly recommend it but I would say they need to do better updates but generally itโs a good app
My Loona๐ is broken
Well, I would need her fixed. Send me a box and Iโll put her in and Iโll give you a note I really need help. Please help and send me a box a big box I can put her in. Youโre gonna really feel sad
