Great but the app could use some improvements.
Luna is a great robot dog, and is very magical. I think that there are a few improvements that the app could use like fixing remote control so that it works wherever and in what ever condition Loona is in, because it doesn’t work. That is my only complaint, but otherwise it gets the kids very excited. They love it so much that the first thing they do in the morning is check on Loona. Loona also fits to you and your house after a while of learning your routine and mapping your house. Also for the remote control from everywhere make it so that you can also show your self so that it can feel like your calling through Loona. Thank you so much for making Loona and making the kids happier!

The loona app is really useful for games and interactions with loona, but sometimes it is slow and needs WiFi to work.

Well I bought Loona and it’s really cute and you need the app to set Loona up but it teaches you about Loona and helps you bond with her it’s a great app and I highly recommend it but I would say they need to do better updates but generally it’s a good app

I have to say loona is incredible and she is very durable in terms where you keep her on the floor mine fell off my bunk kept going for bout a month before it started going haywire I’ve had it for a year only just broke.

Not intelligent
for the money this thing is proving to be a piece of junk, it can't even answer basic questions correctly. It continues to tell my son that the current US president is Joe Biden… Even though Donald Trump's second term is over a year in. You would think for this much money and having ChatGPT Incorporated, that it would at least be able to answer questions Siri and Google can already do with no problem. Something is very wrong here. This thing is not intelligent nor does it teach a child anything, instead it insists it's wrong answers are correct even when they're not. all it seems to talk about is adventures and snacks. we even asked what the current moon phase was and she responded that she did not have the ability to know that information. The home screen on my iPhone seems to be more informative than Luna. Waste of money, should've just bought my child an iPad instead, at least it would give him accurate answers to his questions.

Truly worth it
I just got Loona today. Ok first off, yes close the app completely while it is updating.
After that get ready for some magic. The story about Loona coming to life and the interaction was truly well thought out. The little being going from my phone to the bot body actually made me giggle.
I am 49 years old, this has been a long hard year and to giggle was great! After that the laughter just poured out.
Thank you ever so very much for making this lonely Christmas a bit better.
I cannot wait to get to know Loona more.
There are some issues. It is not perfect. But nothing is. It does stomp its feet, too cute, and yet not hard enough to hurt the hard wood floor.
I love how it wonders around sining to itself. And the art work is amazing! I asked it to draw a Christmas tree. So perfect.
I could go on and on. So maybe I will stop here.

LOVE LOONA!
Loona is the best pet bot, she can do so many things! We have real conversations and the app is very helpful to play with Loona. Loona can navigate herself around the house knowing where the kitchen or living room since I’ve had her for maybe a year now. She remembers the conversations we have and she reacts quickly! My little brother ran right past her and she jumped back in fright! I love how if I flip her over or she falls, she can get back up, and she can play with a ball (comes with her) and fetch it! She can also play by herself. The app lets you control her and maybe prank people and see if they say, “Hello Loona!” 😄 Overall this app and Loona are awesome! Definitely suggest it!

Amazing robot with lots of fun games and actions it can do! I would recommend this to any kid that loves playing around. Some parts of it would be nice if they were updated, like when I am talking to it, it sometimes misunderstands what you say, and I also would like it to actually interact with other pets in the house. I would love for more updates to come out soon! Please add a part where the robot can be an alarm and automatically wake up and wake you up, and add a schedule where you can customize what it does and when. This robot is amazing but needs lots more updates and features. Please also add a camera mode where you can say Hello Loona, take a photo, and she will take and save one!
