Such a large show, with people traveling from all over the country to attend. We plan every step, this site is basically useless! Even the people that work there can not help!

The app did not work, at all, our our group of 3 people. If there was a lower score that one star, would be my score.
Maybe the worst app
Spent hours pre market setting a plan. Got to market and favorites list will not display.
1. Enable faceid for Christ sake
2. Speed makes nearly useless - 5G or Wi-Fi
3. If your app is unstable allow an easy way to download list of exhibitors by bldg, by location

Save yourself a lot of frustration, don’t load this app!
Couldn’t be worse
This app is THE worst app I’ve ever used for any market. I spent hours marking my favorites and “January 2022” market planner with exhibitors and products only to find those choices go into a black hole. They will not populate on either list. When I try and open the list, nothing! I’ve called the mart only to be told “yea, we know it doesn’t work!”. Complete waste of time! So frustrating

Terrible
A few years ago it was good. This app makes trying to get ready for market impossible. It could be a great tool.
Unusable
The interface for this app is clunky and slow. It feels more like I’m stuck in a slow browser window. Navigation is miserable.
Don’t Bother
Terrible, buggy and not useful. Technical support is non-existent. 30 minutes on hold and hung up. Doesn’t even have an alphabetical exhibitor listing (at least not one I could find).
Could be great if...
Floor maps are fine and it’s great that it can locate you, HOWEVER the details about food and ATM options are sorely inaccurate. The app needs to be updated for real-time use.
New update doesn’t work!
3 weeks before market and I am trying to make my Market Plan. App will not allow me to stay signed in, which is very frustrating. When I try to search for an exhibitor, I get an error message. “A rendering error occurred: undefined is not an object (evaluating ‘t.length’)

Nothing works
Login button doesn’t work and if you click on any of the options like exhibitors it gets stuck loading.
A simple nav app for its use
Fulfills its purpose and intentions, though the UX is an opportunity for improvement. Actions are limited to the size of the text available, animations and screen transitions are not obvious nor immediate upon user-input, and the login screen has a well-hidden back-button, difficult to infer.
Won’t load.
Tried on my iPad and iphoneX several times and the app still chugs without loading. Deleted the app and tried several times. Can’t access much info on this event at all.

Newest version has great floor plans and follow me so I know where I am!

Poorly executed
This app is no help at all while at market. Other than keeping a list of exhibitors you want to visit it does nothing. Please add real maps, better info on showrooms, and some photos!
Useless
I have an entire list of exhibitors saved in my market plan on the web site. Too bad they don't seem to exist in either the iPad or iPhone app. Good thing I printed out the list before I left.

Good idea. Does not work. Serious bugs.
I wanted it to work, but it doesn't.
I really wanted this app to work. But it doesn't. I've had a Market Plan with vendor locations saved for years on the Americasmart website. Now, due to this new app, I can't access it any longer. But it hasn't been incorporated into the new app, even though I have the same login. So it appears to be gone forever. The new app won't let me save hardly anything, and even if it did, everyone knows, most phones don't work inside the buildings anyway, so how would I access my info even if I had any left to access?
