What happened to receipts
So I tried to use the “new” Atlantic website and app to retrieve a receipt. Sadly the “Show Receipt” link did not work. The old website/App worked much better for receiving an order.

My special thanks for the outstanding team at El Paso, Texas. Every single person at the front desk and on the line were not just responsive and efficient, they anticipated my needs for fuel and catering through several aircraft swaps. My thanks to Alonzo for getting me over to Customs so promptly and waiting for me to process Customs forms. That helped immensely in getting my flight ready to go on time. And my special thanks to the outstanding front desk team of Cris, Leah and Elizabeth. I had several aircraft swaps which necessitated much additional -and very important - paperwork such as flight releases and outbound customs documents. Chris, Leah and Elizabeth did everything I requested promptly and with a smile.

Underwhelming
The app is no different than going to Atlantic Aviation’s website. An app should preclude the need to ever go to the site. Where’s the Touch ID? There should be a quick button to manage my awards. A quick button to send a message to an FBO. If it’s just a portal to the site then I’ll save the storage on my phone for something else and just use a web browser like I’ve been doing.

Award Points
App needs to allow entry of Atlantic Points. They are a pane to enter to begin with. It would be nice to enter them off line then push them through when you are conected
