This app is poor
I’m on site at the Atlantic Princess and scanned the QR code on my key card. I was hoping to find a map of the site, be able to book the kids club, book a massage, see what activities are available at what time. See time tables for food, menus, book the Al la Carte. Instead it just tells you where all there other hotels are and let’s you check in early. Seems pointless as if you’re using the keycard QR you’re already checked in and why do I want to look at other hotels when I haven’t finished enjoying this one. Feedback for it IT team. Do an app for each resort and include all there other hotels info listed above and more.

How to ruin your holiday!
This is an absolutely terrible app. Totally not user friendly. I am tech and app savvy and this just didn’t work for me. Deleted it and went to hotel reception to make restaurant reservations

I am pretty savvy using apps, but my goodness, trying to find your way around this app is like The Krypton Factor. Good luck trying to book a meal with this 😂
