Waste of time
What’s the point of having an app if every time you use it, you literally can’t use it, spent time to book then every single time says “sorry we are unable to take bookings at this time” and it’s not just because it’s busy, same thing comes up for months
Pointless app
You can set your home address - no you cannot, it does not hold the house number, is the driver supposed to guess! You can pay by debit or credit card - again you cannot, no such option! Another app that makes booking a taxi less convenient?!
