How would one approve the biometric when nothing happens when you click continue or toggle the biometric.
The main reason I wanted to use this app is to synchronize my health data and I can no longer get so that.!

Useless
Useless app. It requests access to biometrics in order to log in, but there’s no way to actually approve it, so you’re just stuck on that page with no way to move forward or backward
Terrible
This app is terrible. What’s the point of a doctor’s office app that does nothing? I cannot see appointment notes, lab work, etc. I understand that may be the doctor’s office that decides that info isn’t available online but mine was genuinely surprised when I said I couldn’t see anything. The purpose of this seems to be billing and contacting the doctor’s office. Neither of those functions work well. It’s like this app was created the first year apps existed and hasn’t been updated since. It’s ugly, clunky, and useless. I cannot do anything in it, design is awful visually and in function. I cannot express how utterly useless this app is and I feel bad if my doctor is paying money for this.
