Cannot pre book a taxi. Booked a taxi by calling one hour before to go to work it came late.
When try to pre book it says no available drivers please per book 😃

Very easy to spark convocations with most of your driver's. Always leave a tip weather it's 50p or £2. It all depends really. When I have my dog with me your guy's are very accommodating. 👍🏽👏🏽
No option to pay by card
The recent updates have removed the option to pay by card. All my saved cards no longer appear and new cards cannot be added.
Other providers offer credit card bookings so I’ll be using them until A2B start to offer card bookings via the App.

Drivers are amazing. App is awful
App needs DESPERATE updates to location details. My address doesn’t exist among many other MAJOR SHOPS AND PUBS. Having spoken to several drivers I am not the only customer with this issue. Drivers have to call the customer to find out exactly where they are picking up from.
Can’t pre book.
Would give 5 stars but since the upgrade I’m not able to book a cab in advance.
