App logging out very frequently
Why are you guys logging out session from app. Once logged in it should stay active.
App login issue
In iPhone 17 app not working after adding date of birth of father that keyboard is not going back and unable to submit and can’t login. I have screenshot but how to attached here don’t know

Launch of ATOM PRO has broken core functionalities that worked perfectly on the legacy website.
1. Functional Breaking: Claim tracking and renewal modules are currently unusable, returning constant errors or failing to load
data.
2. User Impact: Agents are being left unable to answer to clients, damaging professional trust.
3. Dev Critique: A new app should never launch at the cost of the only working stable platform (the website). You've effectively sunsetted a working system for a non-functional one.

New update crash bug
The new update is having a big bug as when we do login with our code then it ask for otp and then when we enter security answer it crash. App will never open after the update. Kindly fix on urgent basis.
