I want to take a moment to appreciate the outstanding support I recently received from Star Health and Allied Insurance during a difficult time.
A few days ago, I developed a fever and my CRP levels were high. I informed Star Health about my condition under the consultation plan. Since I preferred not to be admitted to the hospital, they suggested Home Care treatment instead.
Within an hour, I received a call from a representative named Rahul, who spoke in my native language and patiently listened to all my concerns. He didn’t just process my request — he genuinely cared about my health. He gave proper guidance, arranged home care treatment, and followed up with me every day to check on my recovery.
Even though I’ve used many premium hospitals and healthcare services before, this was my first experience receiving such personal, seamless, and compassionate support.
Rahul handled everything efficiently and made the entire process stress-free. Employees like him are truly assets to any organization, especially in the healthcare sector.

One of the worst insurance provider. I had a claim and had to wait ~7hours for the claim for processing…. after calling customer care four times!!!!
