I am disappointed with the other services Fitway is providing such as blood tests, doctor appointment and ordering pharmacy medicines. It’s not at all user friendly or have a direct person of contact to discuss an issue.
I placed a prepaid order twice (31 June) to get my meds also paying additional delivery charges twice. A doctor confirmation call was concluded within a few minutes of placing the order. But I still haven’t received my medicines nor can I see the status or track my order on the app. The amount has been deducted, once Rs195.5 and another of Rs 344.5. But without any communication my orders are being cancelled. I cannot see any update regarding my placed order on the app. The customer support is unresponsive so far.
