only bad thing is the pay lol but it gives u a free trial

Love the variety

I use Sweat almost everyday - between cycling through lift with Laura and finding yoga in between I’m loving the variety of trainers and styles complement my lifting program

The workout tab shows something went wrong error. Can anyone pls check what went wrong post update .

I’ve been using the app for over 5 years and I love that they are constantly adding more trainers, workout programs, and challenges.

The only workout program I’ve stuck to!!

BUT I just need 1 improvement and I’ll give it 5 stars.. I do wish the app would give a preview of what the next workout looks like and what to do, not just the title of it. For example if I’m doing step ups and the next workout is reverse flyes, a small preview video of reverse flyes on the corner of the screen would be helpful to know what movement to expect next. This is what Juice and Toya do on their YouTube workout videos.
