Can’t use the app
I can’t get the OTP sms when using my American phone number. The same error message of the OTP limit exceeded always shows up. I am unable to use the app or connect it to the watch because of this issue.
Unstable App – Automatically Exits While Using
I am extremely disappointed with the performance of the Fastrack Smart World app on my iPhone. The app constantly glitches and automatically exits while I’m using it, which makes it completely unreliable and frustrating.
I expected much better from a brand like Fastrack, but this kind of instability seriously affects the user experience. An app that cannot even stay open properly fails its basic purpose. It disrupts usage and wastes time, especially when trying to access important features.
I request your technical team to urgently look into this issue and release a proper fix. Until then, I cannot recommend this app to anyone. Please take this feedback seriously and improve the app’s performance and stability as soon as possible.

Horrible
Does not sync with Apple health. I lost my movement and step counting streak from years because this watch says it syncs with Apple health but it doesn’t. The customer support is worse, been messaging them and have not heard back in the last 2 weeks. Such a waste of money.
App crashing unexpectedly
The Fastrack Smart World app keeps crashing unexpectedly. Every time I open the app, it closes automatically within a few seconds, making it impossible to use or connect/sync my watch properly. This issue is extremely frustrating and needs to be fixed urgently. Please release a stable update and resolve this crashing issue as soon as possible.

Issue in the registration
The app was working when I was in India but since I moved it is not working. When registering in the app it asks for OTP but I never received any OTP. Neither at WhatsApp nor at text. When registering through email id it still asks you for your number to register and same problem repeats. I never receive any OTP. Please fix this issue, I really want to wear the watch as it was gifted to me.
