Issue in the registration
The app was working when I was in India but since I moved it is not working. When registering in the app it asks for OTP but I never received any OTP. Neither at WhatsApp nor at text. When registering through email id it still asks you for your number to register and same problem repeats. I never receive any OTP. Please fix this issue, I really want to wear the watch as it was gifted to me.

Steps and multi workout not working
After the last update steps and multi sport is not updating the counts in my iphone 16 pro. Also sleep data is showing wrong. I have lodged complain via chat option 3 times with the app. But still not resolved. What is the issue and how to resolve this?

Finding impossible to connect. Why sms is needed and why personal information needed to connect to a watch? If needed then at least send OTP. So no way to connect to the watch anymore
App support is not good!
Too much bugs on the ios app, didn’t show notifications except calls, in bluetooth list multiple times it paired with the same device, every time opening the app it is asking to update the app! But app is updated, no new update in the ios store. Please fix these issues, I have sent mail multiple time, not sure why tickets got closed without resolution.

Unable to pair my watch after reset
I wasn’t getting notifications which led me to reset the watch and now I am unable to pair it using the app. Manual pairing also not working as it is not getting detected. Facing the notification issue after the last app update.

Bad sensor, Not user friendly, not user friendly
Not user friendly, automatically change settings like lift to view also very very slow sensor. Can’t show trac data on map on running.
Unstable App – Automatically Exits While Using
I am extremely disappointed with the performance of the Fastrack Smart World app on my iPhone. The app constantly glitches and automatically exits while I’m using it, which makes it completely unreliable and frustrating.
I expected much better from a brand like Fastrack, but this kind of instability seriously affects the user experience. An app that cannot even stay open properly fails its basic purpose. It disrupts usage and wastes time, especially when trying to access important features.
I request your technical team to urgently look into this issue and release a proper fix. Until then, I cannot recommend this app to anyone. Please take this feedback seriously and improve the app’s performance and stability as soon as possible.
