Stealing from a senior citizen and taking my hard earned money is what this company stands for. Charging fees for things I had not authorized and for a bill pay when I was already in the hole. I was in the hospital and had no way to access my account but they refused to credit my account for the ridiculous overdraft fees that they charge. Thanks for taking my money ACU, my entire check that I was depending on was taken from me by your company

Atomic Credit Union really takes care of its members. Their app is so easy to use, does everything a member needs to track accounts. They are protective and secure, and always friendly and fast if you need help from customer service. I love Atomic.

As a student bank runner this is a great app
Terrible app and company!!!
I had the old app it worked fine. Now since it updated I can’t access my account at all I have tried resetting the password and login info but it says my information is not valid even tho it’s the same stuff. Then the app tells me to click the help button to get customer service but when you click it the customer service screen says it’s unavailable. I just want to access my account and money and am not able to.
