Great idea app-wise but doesn’t function properly
Love having access to all the app has to offer however it’s constantly glitching when trying to access the different tabs, scores, information, etc. This has been going on since I’ve started the app and it would be great for it to perform at a high level consistently as the core idea of the app is awesome for tennis fans.

The app doesn’t work anymore
“Experiencing difficulties updating content, please try again later.”
This is the error message that has appeared for several weeks on the app.
For a sport that looks like it’s dying (with high costs tickets and large swathes of empty seats at stadiums), this app not functioning is yet another overhaul that needs to be made to Tennis.

So many errors
Today they are not even showing the live scores from Toronto. This app is a mess.
Frequently down
Frequently down stating “experiencing difficulties check back later”..this has been 2 days in a row, the app just isn’t reliable and is frustrating trying to find out current schedules, scores and upcoming matches
Terrible
Beware using this app will cause severe migraines as you wait 2 minutes for scores to load, only for the entire app to crash. That’s just a daily occurrence. One I’ve been dealing with for years as a tennis fan, because they don’t seem to know how to make an app, or even how to pay someone to do that properly.

Nice!
Great for getting draws and live results for combined ATP Challenger/WTA 125 events like the Cerity HOF Open in Newport RI.
Still no women’s ranking list
I noticed the bug fix and can search the WTA by name now. But there’s still an error (and no list) when I first open the list on iPhone.

Big money sport - terrible app. Filtering doesn’t stick. Ask for men’s, get everything. Matches missing. Poor effort.
Regularly fails to load
Every 2nd time you try to open this app it fails to load and says 'try later'. Super frustrating as it's otherwise well designed with all the tennis info you'll need.
Great idea but far from perfect
The amount of detail they have to constantly work with to update this app is understandable but still…that’s their job. The amount of times I’m looking for updates and some crash is happening here or some time consuming update is happening there. The head2head function has been broken for a while now just failing to get anyone who isn’t top ten to appear. Tried to give feedback, falls on deaf ears. Good job this app is free!

App quality is poor
Of late everytime I log into see a draw I experience connection issues.
Great idea, terribly executed
Fundamentally this is a great app, it allows me to look at all matches, look at rankings and everything else I want to look at. It even lets me watch the challenger matches.
However, the amount of times it cuts out is ridiculous. When even just looking at a players profile, it decides to cut out. It won’t let me view the whole schedule unless I press down and scroll and yet I still can’t see.

Gut aber ausbaufähig
Die App ist wirklich super aber es wenn es bei den Damen auch eine Live Rangliste wie bei den Herren gäbe wäre das sinnvoll. Außerdem wird die App sehr langsam wenn man sie länger benutzt. Wäre toll wenn man das beheben könnte.
Terrible app
Honestly, with all the money in tennis, you would expect a much better experience from the official app. Instead it is sluggish, behind by at least 1 hour on scores and riddled with bugs that prevent various functions such as viewing player bios. Terrible !

Not consistent
I have used this app for a while, but it’s gone down. The articles are not relevant anymore and the draws are not updated. I hope they will fix the latest problems. I do like the way they show the rankings.
Glitchy
This app often glitches and lags. There’s a slam going on right now and this app says no one is playing?
Bad schedule listing placement.
Stop putting the women’s and men’s schedule on each other’s page. Under women’s, put only the women’s schedule. And men’s under the men’s. Bad app management from the ATP/WTA.
