Atreus learns to train around what hurts. Body tracking has a new section, Injuries and niggles. You log the zone by tapping it on the figure, front or back, or by picking it from the list: neck, shoulder, elbow, wrist, lower back, hip, knee, ankle and the muscular ones, from the pec to the calf through the lats, traps, triceps, abs and quads. You say which side, how much it limits you, since when and, if you like, a note in your own words. From there the app works with it. In the session, every exercise that loads that zone carries a badge: red when the injury is active and the load is high, amber when it only brushes it or the zone is improving. Tapping it opens the substitutes with the zone already written into the note and the list reordered so the ones that load it sink to the bottom without being hidden; when you pick another, you can mark that the original bothers you and Atreus remembers. The same mark shows in the exercise picker and when editing your routines. The AI Coach receives the zone, the side, how limiting it is and the exercises you marked, and proposes training around it. It never diagnoses or treats: that is for a professional. Every time you start a session, the readiness sheet asks how each open zone feels, one to five, and you can skip it. What you answer shapes that day's badge: if nothing bothers you today, moderate-load exercises go quiet and high-load ones warn in amber. The injury's card draws how it has felt over recent sessions and, after three pain-free sessions in a row, suggests marking it resolved. It only suggests: you change the status. In Analytics, below total tonnage, a new card shows how much work went through each zone over the last eight weeks, with the weeks the niggle was open coloured in. And the end-of-block report takes into account the injuries that overlapped the block. From History, an exercise note where you wrote down a niggle can become an injury with one tap. Injuries sync with your account and travel in the backup, so a new phone does not lose them. Also in this release: your profile weight and your body-tracking weight are the same number. Typing a weight in the profile logs a weigh-in for today, and weighing in from body tracking updates your strength rank, calories and the widget. And in quick workouts the rest timer starts again when you tick a set; it stayed silent because the session thought it was the last one. In Analytics, the Muscles tab now puts weekly volume per muscle group at the very top, the reading that answers whether you are under or over on sets, and the charts are lighter to open. Starting a session no longer hangs for an instant, and the clock no longer repaints the whole screen every second. The guided tour runs smoothly: the spotlight opens as each screen arrives, and if you have already completed your first steps, the tour no longer walks you through them.
