Is there a known issue with this app? I was looking for a way to check in my group with a tablet instead of a laptop and saw that there is an app version, which is great. However, when I enter my credentials and select my data base I’m taken right back to the account information screen never allowing me to enter the app.

Can’t search for individual in updated version
It used to be possible to search for people, now the entire list displays instead.

Attendance tracking
App 'times out' within 1 minute if not in use. Makes it almost impossible to track attendance. App has to be rebooted each time. Too cumbersome for members to check in when they are not familiar with app. Login for attendance is not user friendly if not familiar with app. App does not allow scrolling through members to see who has checked in and who has not. Company is aware of deficiencies but has not revised it thus far.
