The worst app for this event

You can’t check in until after the session begins. Once you’ve chosen your sessions, you’re locked in and can’t change them or even see what else is available. So I’m skipping a session because it’s too full and now I have no idea where else I might go because they used this stupid app rather than handing me a piece of paper that would allow for some flexibility.

Not user-friendly

It’s terrible we never use it again have entered two different codes that are supposed to be entered and neither one of them work. This app is terrible. I’ll never use it again..

We are sorry you had confusion using our app. We had an issue on the version of the app you were using and go it corrected in the new version released Oct 30th. As well, there was only 1 registration code and we found several users were entering the wrong code; it seems you may have been one of them. Please email us at support@attendago.com with specifics so we can improve the app. We hope we can win your confidence back in the future.

Terrible

My run club uses this app and more often than not it does not work. Proposed solutions are delete and reinstall, shut off phone and restart, and still it won’t work.

A23Sarasota - apologies you are having the issues you are. We don't have many reports like this and when we do we typically find a one-off issue that is only impacting a specific user. We would like to assist you to resolve the issues. We did find that users who "migrated" from our original app did experience issues that continued to plague them until they did a fresh install/login. Hi Petekills, what doesn't work? We released this new platform on Nov 1st and now 6 weeks later we have not received one report from any of our clients that the app isn't working for them. If there is something specific please contact us at support@attendago.com. We are still building our client list - clients who host events - thus at the moment the only events on the platform are in the Tampa FL area. If you search Tampa you will find a variety of events to select from.
