Attendlr – The Trainer's App

Still tracking your clients in a notebook or a spreadsheet? You know the question: who still has sessions left on their pass? Attendlr is the app for trainers: students, attendance, passes, payments and stats in one place. Free for up to 10 students. BUILT BY A TRAINER, FOR TRAINERS Attendlr was built by a trainer who managed a group-class roster of 1,600+ students on paper, then in Excel — and still couldn't answer four basic questions: • Who still has sessions left on their pass? • How much am I actually making? • Who was at training three weeks ago? • What are my expenses? Attendlr answers them. Know it, don't guess it. WHAT THE APP DOES • Student records — contact details, notes, automatic archiving • Sessions & attendance — a few taps during class, searchable history • Passes — attendance counts sessions down automatically; debts become visible • Payment recording — you keep the ledger, the app does the math • Your clients don't install anything — the app is yours, the data is yours FREE PLAN — NOT A TRIAL The full core workflow is free with no time limit: 10 students, 20 sessions per month, 2 class types, 1 location. When you outgrow it, three paid plans: BASIC — remove the limits • Unlimited students, sessions, class types and locations • Class reminders, daily agenda, notification inbox PRO — run it like a business • Stats & charts, expense tracking & profit • Owed and prepaid client lists • Payment types & detailed pass management • Leads, tags, favorites, month calendar • Birthday & client drop-off alerts PREMIUM — the full package • Product catalog & sales tracking • Advanced reports & shareable PDF summary • CSV export & import • Activity heatmap, adjustable time windows • Priority in-app chat support ON YOUR PHONE AND YOUR COMPUTER iPhone and web (app.attendlr.com) — one account, live-synced data. YOUR DATA, SAFE Your data is stored in the EU, isolated per trainer. Cancel anytime — your data stays.
