Here is a question to the app developers. ‘Why not analyse my CV and understand what I am good at ? i have worked in billion dollar projects fir telecom and energy companies in europe, Canada, US, NZ, and Malaysia. your application is not using AI or even basic searching algorithms. Your key skills for selection are full of duplication. Wasting my time to no end ! We are executives or valuable people not donkeys. You need to show respect our time by use technology to find a match. You waste our time and the employer’s time. Please re-think your strategy and stop wasting time. Apple, I trust you to screen out such non sense. This is a horrible application.’
