Update not good
Last version was good as the new version don’t show last punch and all the menu working on break and third one is not clickable… which was very easy in the last version… was very easy to check now we have to click each worker seperately to see who is on break
Not able to see who are on break , had to check after going individually
Before update it was showing properl who is on break but now i have to check every staff then i will able to know who is on break
Okay but can be much better
The tech is basic. Reporting is not preserving state. Resets everytime. Leave history date wise is not available.

Employee ki salary check krne ka bhi option add kijiye abhi is app me boht se sudhar baki h salary box pagar book app acha hai sab kuch manage ho jata h app se

It is a third class company which give no after sales service been already 6 months for the subscription and nobody has installed it yet.

Hardware does not detect employee fingerprints
Even though the site and trainers and also the sales person keeps saying / mentions that fingerprints are easily detected, it does not. Keep apart the plastic/oily/dirty hands, even after handwash the device doesn’t recognise fingerprints after multiple attempts. Few employees need to keep trying more than a minute or two and it gets very very irritating. I usually end up adding the puch manually on dashboard after multiple failed attempts. It’s not convenient but just to maintain the accuracy, as an owner, you have.

don’t buy
This is the worst app I have ever seen. It feels like a school project by amateurs, not a professional product. Every feature is plagued with one constant: “ERROR.” Clearly, there is no testing team. Instead, users are left to be the testers, dealing with countless bugs. I’ve requested a refund. Let's see if they respond, or if I just get another ERROR message.
